Delivery times

Our shipping times can vary. Once your order is received, it usually takes 1-5 days for it to be processed at the shipping house.
From the moment the package is ready to ship and you receive the shipping confirmation email, you can expect a delivery time of 2-9 days. For expedited shipping inquiries, kindly reach out to us via Instagram or email info@malionz.com, and we will provide you with pricing and delivery time information.

Package Protection

Our Package Protection covers orders that are stolen, damaged, or lost in transit only. It does not apply to orders marked as "Delivered" by the carrier (e.g., USPS, DHL, DPD). If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, this is considered a carrier delivery dispute and is not covered under Package Protection. In such cases, we recommend contacting your local post office or filing a claim directly with the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We aim to use tax-free delivery companies for sending the products, but if they arise, you'll be responsible for them. We take full responsibility if the product is seized, ensuring your 100% satisfaction with your purchase. Customs regulations require us to declare the order's value on the package. Customs officials can release or hold your shipment, possibly causing delivery delays.

Returns

You have 30 days after you have taken possession of the goods to cancel your order if the goods are closed. You can find more information about this in our cancellation policy.

Please keep in mind that we cannot cover the shipping costs already incurred as well as the costs of the return shipment. We ask you to pack the products securely so that no damage can occur during shipping.
